Business Solutions Advisor – Remote – North America

We are on the hunt for a remote, relationship-building to fill the role of Business Solutions Advisor on our growing team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager, the Business Solutions Advisor is responsible for initiating, managing, and fostering relationships with our prospective clients. Our primary goal is to ensure we are helping the right people. Once qualification is established, it is our responsibility to do everything in our power to show and guide them to taking advantage of the opportunity that could change their life and/or business.

The ideal candidate is a confident leader who can guide prospects through their concerns and questions, and be comfortable digging into a prospect’s true, potentially personal concerns, fears, and resistance. Make no mistake, this is a sales role, and as such comes with high-performance expectations, an attractive uncapped commission-based compensation plan, and industry-leading training to ensure you’re always getting better.

This client is in the business consulting industry, but we don’t hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If you’re average, you can earn $50K with us. If you are a superstar, you can earn $200K plus. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we’ll know.

Hard Skills:

  • Education or experience in Business and/or Entrepreneurship would be an asset;
  • Proven track record in Sales & Client Management roles;
  • Ability to use Video Conferencing program (ex: Google Meet) to attend, record, and save client calls; and
  • Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other Cloud Computing skills.
  • Pipedrive or other CRM experience

Soft Skills:

  • High level of Communication Skills – verbal, nonverbal, listening, and written;
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence – ability to recognize a person’s emotional state based on verbal and nonverbal cues, empathize with the person in the moment, and execute powerful leadership skills to guide the person to a decision;
  • Excellent Time Management – prioritizing tasks based on importance, staying focused, and effectively completing tasks within a tight schedule;
  • Strong Work Ethic – in particular with showing integrity, discipline, and self-motivation;
  • Strong Leadership Skills; and
  • Adaptability.
