Business Solutions Specialist Remote - North America

We are on the hunt for a remote, relationship-building, appointment-booking rockstar to fill the role of Business Solutions Specialist on our growing team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Sales Manager, the Business Solutions Specialist is responsible for outreach to current and future members of our audience, initiating relationships, and encouraging them to schedule a follow up call with a Business Solutions Advisor.

The ideal candidate is a confident, hard worker, who can guide prospects through their concerns and questions, and be comfortable digging into a prospect’s true, potentially personal concerns, fears, and resistance. Make no mistake, this is a sales development role, and as such comes with high-performance expectations, compensation based on a minimum 30 hours per week, plus performance-based compensation, along with industry-leading training to ensure you’re always getting better.

This client is in the business consulting  industry, but we don't hire backgrounds. We hire top producers. If you're average, you can earn $50K with us. If you are a superstar, you can earn $100K plus. Young or old, if you have the stuff, we'll know.

Hard Skills:

  • Education or experience in Business and/or Entrepreneurship would be an asset;
  • Proven track record in pro-active outreach & business development roles;
  • Ability to use Video Conferencing program (ex: Google Meet) to attend, record, and save client calls; and
  • Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other Cloud Computing skills.
  • Pipedrive or other CRM experience

Soft Skills:

  • High level of Communication Skills – verbal, nonverbal, listening, and written;
  • High level of Emotional Intelligence – ability to recognize a person’s emotional state based on verbal and nonverbal cues, empathize with the person in the moment, and execute powerful leadership skills to guide the person to a decision;
  • Excellent Time Management – prioritizing tasks based on importance, staying focused, and effectively completing tasks within a tight schedule;
  • Strong Work Ethic – in particular with showing integrity, discipline, and self-motivation;
  • Strong Leadership Skills; and
  • Adaptability.
