Jenny’s own improvement journey started when she was six years old after being enrolled in a judo class. 25 years later Jenny had competed on the world stage in two sports – judo and track cycling on the velodrome and now uses the same improvement principles learned in professional elite sport to help drive improvements and solve problems in business.
After many business-improvement and problem-solving projects, teams, training programmes, and lessons learned across multiple industries, Jenny now works with business leaders and entrepreneurs as CEO of Strive Change. Helping entrepreneurs and their teams move away from fire fighting and stress to calm, control and world class customer service and growth (with the profits that come with it!)
