The quickest way to innovate is to take lessons from one world & apply them to
Jenny Davis was the fastest woman in Scottish sprint cycling. Representing her
country in both Dehli 2010 Commonwealth Games, winning a silver medal, & Glasgow
2014 Commonwealth Games. She truly understands what it takes to envision, plan,
train, compete, & thrive on the track.
Jenny takes the same lessons to help entrepreneurs & business leaders lead
their teams from crisis to performing to thriving. To stop the ‘running around like
headless chickens’, high stress, out of control chaotic feelings in their teams,
businesses & personal lives. Instead, she helps them gain control, by taking those
core sporting principles & applying them to business.
Using timeless principles such as the 80/20 Principle, Marginal Gains & the Compound Effect she’s successfully created & led change & continuous improvement programmes from 1 team up to business units of 1500+ across multiple industries.
Her work focuses on two phases… stabilise & customer delight. Phase 1 is simplifying, removing waste, frustration,
making things easier & reducing cost. Phase 2 is where all the fun starts – creating experiences that will blow
customer’s socks off & so increases profits & supports growth & scaling.
