David has spent over thirty years coaching small and medium enterprises, helping them get back to the basics of business.  David Seamans grew up in a “blue collar” family business, his roots solidly in the SME customer service sphere.  He moved to Australia from Canada in 1980 taking a Post Graduate diploma in accounting from Flinders University in Adelaide, South Australia.

Throughout his career, he has specialised in direction/goal setting, management reporting, information technology and targeted marketing. On average, his clients show an improvement in their net margin of over 60%.

As a qualified accountant, David provides the hard edge and focuses on cash flow, performance, and bottom line (in that order). His advice – “Lean into the Technology”.

David’s system is to:

  1. demystify the foundational components of sales.
  2. document the procedures that contribute to sales success employing the Work the System practicum.
  3. monitor and tweak these systems to incrementally build exceptional business outcomes, in turn, increasing quality and productivity, decreasing costs, and driving further cash flow improvements.

David is also one of the founding team members behind Elements.app, a simple tool that helps businesses with the “monitoring and tweaking” by constantly analysing businesses’ sales data and notifying the core team of roadblocks, victories, and critical events as they happen each day.

He is passionate about  attaining results that enable the business owner to achieve the rewards and lifestyle they warrant because of their hard work, risk taking and sacrifices.
