It’s been five years since we’ve done an intimate boot-camp style gathering at the Work the System/Centratel offices here in Bend, Oregon and it’s about time we did it again! It’s time to open up the doors and show business owners and managers what the WTS Method really looks like in action, as well as teach the essential elements of the Method.
Why should you attend?
Because you’re fed up with the hamster wheel, running faster and faster, but never growing a “real” business that is thriving, stable, and paying you what you’re worth. You’re ready to take your business to the next level; to shift gears up, to make a business that does not revolve around you but instead is based on smooth, consistent, beautifully executed systems. You want to have a life outside of work and you know it’s true that investing a little bit of time on the mechanics of your business will make that dream of freedom (more time and more money) a permanent reality.
Work the System Consultants specializes in helping business owners make this shift and, not to brag, but we’re really good at making that happen. Plus, we’ve seen first-hand what happens when our high-end consulting clients visit Centratel and see with their own eyes how we operate. They return home different people, forever. In fact, four years ago one of our very first consulting clients brought his staff to Bend, and he said that it was the most impactful afternoon his team had ever had together, and that it was the necessary catalyst for massive growth and profitability for his business.
Here’s where you come into the picture…
Josh and I (and the rest of the team) want to help a handful of entrepreneurs who need that extra leg-up, by putting together what will be a life-altering event.
2-Day Work the System Weekend Boot Camp
If you sign up, here’s what you can expect:
On the first morning, you’ll walk into the program knowing your business results back home are, to some degree, unpredictable and unsystemized. Then, after two short days you will walk out, calm, collected, powerful and in control, with the necessary tools to maximize your efficiency and productivity so that you can confidently propel yourself far ahead of your competition!
You’ll know exactly what to do when you leave… and then, you’ll go home and do it.
The Boot Camp will provide you with all the tools you’ll need to immediately begin to make more and work less. Expect eye-opening, rigorous, get-right-down-to-it pragmatism. Come mentally and physically prepared to focus, and ready to tackle your own most sensitive business/work issues. We promise: You will leave this program with a profoundly different perspective of your life and work.
Now, let’s get down to the details:
Have you already created your primary documents? Then meet with Josh and Sam to refine them and make them perfect for where you are today, and to discuss your next moves…

What should I bring?
Bring your laptop, notebook or journal, an open mind, a willingness to focus, the capacity to work hard, and the desire to have fun and meet new people. Bring your business partners, senior managers, and significant other as well!
Where is Bend, and how do I get there?
Fly into Redmond, Oregon airport (RDM) and take a taxi or rent a car to reach Bend, 20 minutes to the south. Or, drive down from Portland International. It’s a beautiful 3 1/2 hour drive through the Oregon mountains (we recommend you take the Government Camp route…).
Where shall I stay?
Just Google “hotels Bend Oregon,” or contact Briela here in our office for assistance (firstname.lastname@example.org). You might want to find a hotel in the downtown area so you’ll be close to our office.
