A resident of Bend, Oregon and Stearns, Kentucky, Sam has a background in engineering, journalism, publishing, forestry, construction management, and telecommunications.
Kashmir Academy
An author and entrepreneur, he is president and CEO of Centratel, the premier telephone answering service in the United States. Other businesses he founded and operates are Work the System Consultants (this website) and PathwayOne, an online marketing firm based in Italy.

Originally published in 2008 by Greenleaf Book Group, his first book, Work the System: The Simple Mechanics of Making More and Working Less is in its third edition, 5th printing. (Download online and audio versions from the  front page of this website)

In 2006 Sam founded Kashmir Family Aid, a 501c3 non-profit that aids surviving school children of the Northern Pakistan and Azad Kashmir earthquake of October 2005. (kashmmirfamily.org).

Originally from upstate New York, Sam’s outside interests include mountaineering, skiing, cycling, reading, traveling, photography and writing.

A past U.S. Senate candidate in Oregon, he is contemplating running for Governor of Oregon in 2018.
