Here are our offerings:

1. Work The System Academy: Do you employ between one and fifty employees? The Academy is for small business owners who want to implement the Work The System Method themselves but who require additional structural guidance. The Academy is comprised of twenty online how-to videos, narrated by Sam and his associate Mike Giles, as well as a full complement of online and hard-copy templates and worksheets. 2. Coaching: Weekly, using phone and Skype, one of our expert Work the System coaches will work with you and your management team. The Academy video series serves as the backbone for the training. Engagements typically range from 4 to 6 months.
3. Breakthrough Day, on-site:  A one (or two) day on-site workshop for you and your management team that will show you how to permanently embed the systems mindset into your business culture. You’ll quickly establish direction, determine your core principles of operation,  identify systems, document them, and mechanically bury chaos-producing problems once and for all.  There’s LOTS of take-away, and this is a perfect forum for determining whether the Premier Consulting program is for you. The Work the System Academy program (#1, above) is included.
4. Premier Consulting, on-site:  For businesses from 5M to 100M in size, we engage a limited number of clients each year, working intensely with each for four to six months. It’s not easy to change a company culture but if you want to quickly get it done once and for all, on-site consulting is the answer. The positive results are profound and they come fast. In the typical project, there are a minimum of four on-site visits by one of our elite team members, as well as weekly phone and Skype/Webex coaching with your management staff. Unlike classic business consultants, we aren’t interested in seeing your financials. Instead, we’re expert at installing a culture of super-efficient systems methodology. Sam will personally assist owners in the development of the Strategic Objective and Operating Principles while an associate will work relentlessly with executives and managers to produce the necessary Working Procedures/SOPs. And in the end, “the financials will take care of themselves.” Also, unlike other business consultants, when we’re done, we’re done! You won’t need us anymore because the mechanical changes will be permanent, with the systems mindset thread forever entwined within the fabric of your business. And yes, it’s by-the-book. The methodology as described in Work the System is exactly what we’ll help you implement. Requiring a firm commitment to over-seeing change by you and your management team, we must qualify your business in advance.  We follow a specific step-by-step sequence, meticulously designed by Sam himself, to insure a 100% success rate.
