I enjoyed your book and I'm finding it useful.

Regarding written policies does this mean that your employees must be literate? In my type of work it is very difficult to find skilled people or even people who are trainable and willing to do this type of work (woodwork). If I have to find people who are willing and skilled or trainable then add the ability to follow written policies and procedures I think it is going to be next to impossible. Does this mean this is not a viable business or I need to pay as you stated in your book twice the industry average which would make it very hard to be competitive in a competitive industry?

Thanks,
Pat Gilbert
